Busy as Bees- You my kiddos have been busy lately! This is what you were up to in your 4th and 5th month!

4 months and we are breathing again!

4 month Dr. Check up.... Ugh!!!

Sweet Luke, you have 4 bandaids on your legs, because of shots! :( The worst ever to watch!

But the nurses were very fast and you were tough. Your sister on the other hand, it was pretty bad, but we made it home in one piece and next time I vow to NOT go alone!  Your daddy was out of town for work but next appointment, I need a buddy to help me help you guys!

You are both growing so well and doing wonderful!

You are in the 90th percentile for length a this age, not sure where that comes from! And your sister, is gaining more weight! But at 4 months, she still weighs just 9.8 pounds.

Your dad and I are looking at each other and catching our breathe- we are going to make it!

Libby you sleep through the night great- as in 11 hours at a time- Luke, we have to work on you bud- you like to eat! Love you guys!

 

 

 

 

 

This picture is awesome!  Libby, Luke thinks you are showing off, as your stickers tell everyone that you are 4 months.... but you decided to flash us 4 fingers anyways! Classic~  :)

 

The SMALL group, no longer so small :)

 

Hanging out with our original Small group friends- It's amazing to think that when we met the Howertons and the Garcias, none of us had kids yet, and it fact, the Garcia's were just getting married. Now looking at all the little blessings on the couch together- so awesome!  I love hanging out with you all, our dinner get togethers, and the way you guys support us through this journey called life and parenting!! It's an honor to call you friends!

Kiddos- Jude, Joel, Ben, Luke & Libby- sorry Libby girl, you have to hang with the boys! But you can handle it!!

 

 

 

 

Say "Cheese!"- Our first Family pictures

Needing Christmas card pictures was a great reason to have some family pictures done to capture these munchkins with mom and dad.  And a great plan in theory... Comical day to say the least! We had 2 helpers, both Aunt Pammy and Aunt Jane, Pete's sister and my sister!  :)  Plus Pete and I and the photographer and it for sure took all of us- but it was worth it.  What I am learning about twins is that everything comes down to timing.  We had to time pictures between feeding and nap time, but enough time after eating that Libby would not spit up constantly (due to her reflux :) Getting them ready, fed, driving there, getting them dressed in the car, and then attempting to have myself ready was a fun memory for sure.  Thank you aunties for holding the babes, doing my makeup, wrapping the babies up in blankets because it was so windy, jumping up and down to make the babies look at the camera and attempt to smile at you!  It was all worth it!
