Trick or Treat! Grrrr.....

2 scary Baylor Bears went trick or treating for the first time! We practiced growling for a few weeks before Halloween and Libby officially looks at a picture of a bear and gives a proud "Grrrr!"
No sic' ems just yet... Luke's favorite part of the night was having his first sucker! You wouldn't let it go for anything Luke. Dad worked hard to practice with you as you walked to the door to get candy. Luke- you take handfuls as the concept of "just 1" means nothing :) And Libby, you so kindly took candy and then gave it back- so thoughtful!  Aunt Pam Pam and Nonna and Pops were there to help out and enjoy the fun!

BOO to you! Boo at the Zoo!

Loved our first "Boo at the Zoo" trip with our 2 scary bears :)
thank you aunt Pam Pam for our awesome zoo passes!

The day to day...

Sweet story about Libby girl- she got this stroller from a friend (lindsey and ben) for her birthday. When we put it together I put a bear in it to show her that you put a bear or doll in it and push it around. Libby scooted (shes a scooter not a crawler :) into the play room and got the other bear (lukes bear- the brown one) and stuffed it in the stroller with the ivory bear (her bear)!! Pete and I just sat there! She is so used to 2 babies that the stroller has to have 2 bears- adorable

Other fun things include- play dates with Maddox and McKinley and Hudson
"Eating" yogurt with spoons
collecting acorns outside in the yard and watching them roll down the driveway with Ms Jeannie
Feeding Mimi chick fil a
Playing peek a boo in the drapes- our new favorite nursery activity
Playing with woodchips at the park
Reading time outside with the pumpkins!

Never a dull moment :)

Sic Em' Bears! BU Homecoming 2013

Had a great trip to Bear Country with our 2 little bear cubs to visit friends and celebrate homecoming! Enjoyed the parade and all the traditions- especially our new one- eating chick fil a with all the kids on a college huge t-shirt blanket! Perfect craziness- and so much fun! Libby- you learned to dip your nuggets by watching the big kids- Tristyn and Caleb :) and Luke your favorite part was walking around campus and exploring. Thankful for lifelong friends and traditions!
